Dear Members,
Happy March! Spring is fast approaching and we’re doing a little spring cleaning of some of our procedures as we progress toward a productive year for the Museum.
We are beginning with updated guidelines for accepting object donations. As we implement a more structured process, we ask potential donors to complete the CHRS donation form before bringing items to the Museum. The form can be found here:

Objects will be reviewed by the Collections Committee to determine their relevance to the CHRS collection, educational purposes, sale, or auction. If an object does not fit within these categories, donors also have the option of having their item posted on the internal Groups.io site for members.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we implement this process, which will help us better manage donations and our growing collection. As always, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
