Internship Opportunities at the California Historical Radio Society (CHRS)
Step into the world of radio and broadcasting as an intern at CHRS! We’re looking for motivated students to join our team to help preserve and promote radio and the incredible technological and cultural impact it continues to have on our lives.
What You Can Do:
Create and share engaging content across our social media and online platforms
Support marketing, publicity, and community outreach initiatives
Become a student docent and support visits from schools in the Bay
Help produce our many programs and events
Assist with cataloging and digitizing our historic radio collections and archives
Help on-site with student and youth workshops
Contribute to media projects for the Bay Area Radio Hall of Fame
Develop your own project aligned with your academic or personal interests
Program Details:
Flexible roles and hours depending on your schedule and interests
Eligible for school credit or community service hours
Longer-term internships may include a modest stipend for travel and meals
