SWAP MEET AT KRE  SATURDAY – That’s June 2nd, Saturday, 9 AM, KRE Building, 601 Ashby Ave. Berkeley – There is NO sellers fee. Sell for FREE at KRE. But, donations are always welcomed. Remember that you must be a current member to sell. Membership not required for one time only sellers. Please, no display or selling activity before 9 AM. Sellers park in the lot. Buyers please park outside.

DIRECTORS AND GENERAL MEETING – After the meet about 10:30 or 11 AM we will convene our Summer General Meeting combined with our bi-monthly Board of Directors meeting. All are invited to express their views about CHRS. Here is your chance to ask questions and get answers from the Board. Please attend as there will be important issues discussed.

COLEMAN ‘PROJECT RADIOS’ AVAILABLE – On Saturday, as usual CHRS will be selling restored radios from the Coleman Collection in the Museum Store. Also CHRS will be selling Coleman ‘Project Radios’. These are radios from the Coleman collection in one stage or another of restoration. Most of these radios have been electrically restored and the cabinets have been repaired, primed and ready to paint. Most parts are included: grille cloth, dials, lenses and knobs. Some are missing knobs, which you may be able to find in our big knob box. These radios are priced quite attractively. This is the first group of many more to follow.

FREE HAM RADIO MAGAZINE GIVE AWAY CONTINUES – On Saturday please check out the many ham radio magazines that CHRS is giving away, FREE! Please take many home. They are vintage and really are snapshots of earlier times. They are FREE, but donations are always welcomed.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ON SATURDAY – We need several people who can help CHRS in the Museum Store and at our ‘Project Radios’ and CHRS Flea Market tables. Please email Steve Kushman if you can help.
