Held August 2nd at Radio Central. Katy Leaver-O’Leary and Michaelynn Meyers, two pioneering women who have held the rare and prestigious role of Airborne Traffic Reporters in the Bay Area entertained us with their stories. Michaelynn Meyers flew in the iconic KGO Jet Helicopter, while Katy Leaver-O’Leary took to the skies in the KGO Airplane. Their stories were brought to life in an engaging interview conducted by the award-winning radio and TV journalist, Rosie Lee Allen.
