The presentation will feature a slideshow of historic photographs\, memorabilia\, and radio artifacts that bring this remarkable era of broadcasting to life. \nThe afternoon will begin with a casual meet-and-greet with light refreshments\, followed by Don’s presentation and an audience Q&A session. He spent 13 years with iHeart Sacramento in broadcast roles across the region. \nBest known for his time at KFRC during its hit-making heyday\, he was part of a generation of broadcasters who helped define personality-driven radio and shape the sound of an era. \nHe is the author of San Francisco’s Last Top 40 Disc Jockey\, a memoir that blends behind-the-scenes radio stories\, cultural history\, and personal reflection from inside one of America’s most iconic formats. \nToday\, he speaks\, teaches\, writes\, and consults on broadcasting\, media\, and storytelling.
